Dappermanwear Operational Framework & Legal Agreement

Welcome to Dappermanwear. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, located at dappermanwear.shop, and all services provided by our brand. By accessing our platform, purchasing our premium Polo shirts, Oxford shirts, or essential T-shirts, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these legal provisions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask that you discontinue the use of our site immediately. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Dappermanwear, headquartered at 3113 Campbell Airstrip Rd, Anchorage, AK 99504, United States.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or place an order. By using this site, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Responsibility: If you choose to register for a “Dapper Account,” you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Right to Terminate: Dappermanwear reserves the absolute right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. This typically occurs in cases of suspected fraudulent behavior, violation of these Terms, or any activity that compromises the integrity of our Anchorage-based operations.

Visual Accuracy: We strive to display the colors, textures, and tailoring details of our Polo shirts and Sơ mi collections as accurately as possible. However, the actual appearance of garments may vary depending on digital rendering and monitor settings. Minor variances in fabric weave or color shade are not considered defects.

Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollars). While we endeavor to ensure all pricing is correct, Dappermanwear reserves the right to correct any errors. In the event of a manifest error, we may cancel the order and provide a full refund.

Availability: All items are subject to stock availability at our Anchorage fulfillment center. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue specific shirt models at any time without prior notice.

Dappermanwear ships exclusively within the United States. Every purchase made on our site is subject to a shipment contract.

Transfer of Title: This means the risk of loss and title for your garments pass to you once we deliver the package to the common carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

Delivery Issues: While we assist in tracking, Dappermanwear is not legally responsible for packages once they are officially marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. We recommend providing a secure delivery address to protect your sartorial investments.

All digital and physical assets—including but not limited to the Dappermanwear logo, website graphics, shirt design patterns, and fashion photography—are the exclusive intellectual property of Dappermanwear. These assets are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Dappermanwear shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our garments or the inability to access our website. We do not guarantee that our digital platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. You agree to indemnify and hold Dappermanwear harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska, USA. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of your use of dappermanwear.shop shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Anchorage, Alaska.
