Dappermanwear, operating out of 3113 Campbell Airstrip Rd, Anchorage, AK, makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the absolute completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the information found herein. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify or update our content at any time without prior notification.

As a premium menswear provider, we strive for the highest fidelity in representing our garments. However, the following limitations apply:

• Color Representation: We go to great lengths to display the true colors of our Polo shirts and T-shirts. Nevertheless, because the actual colors you see depend on your monitor settings, ambient lighting, and digital rendering, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.
• Fabric & Texture: High-resolution images are intended to show fabric grain. Variations in textile production runs may result in subtle differences in texture or feel between different batches of the same shirt model.
• Sizing & Dimensions: Our size guides are based on standard measurements. Due to the handcrafted nature of high-end tailoring, a minor variance (up to 2cm) in garment dimensions is considered within industry tolerances and not a manufacturing defect.

Pricing: All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). While we endeavor to ensure all pricing data is correct, errors may occur. In the event of a manifest pricing error (e.g., a $100 shirt listed for $1), Dappermanwear reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund to the customer.

Availability: Our collections, particularly limited-edition Polo colors, are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or modify specifications without notice. A product being visible on the site does not constitute a legal guarantee of immediate stock.

Dappermanwear is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use or maintenance of our apparel. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to:

• Adhere to the specific laundry instructions provided on the garment’s care label (e.g., cold wash only, do not tumble dry).
• Identify potential fabric allergies (such as sensitivities to certain cotton blends or dyes) before wearing.
• Ensure that the garment is used for its intended purpose (formal or casual wear) and not subjected to extreme conditions that could cause premature wear or injury.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dappermanwear and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits or personal dissatisfaction) arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

This Disclaimer and all matters relating to your access to our site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, USA. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted within the appropriate courts of the Anchorage jurisdiction.
