Order Cancellation & Change Policy
At Dappermanwear, we strive to process and fulfill your orders as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your denim apparel without delay. Because our fulfillment system is designed for speed, there is a limited window of time during which we can make changes or cancel an order.
1. Cancellation Window
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can only guarantee a full cancellation if the request is received within 2 hours of the order being placed. Once this window has passed, the order may have already entered the fulfillment process or been handed over to our shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
2. Order Modifications & Changes
Similar to cancellations, requests for changes—such as updating a shipping address, changing a size, or swapping a denim short dress for a denim shirt—must be submitted within 2 hours of purchase. While we will do our best to accommodate late requests, we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in the processing stage.
Modification Window: 2 Hours from time of purchase.
Cancellation Fee: $0.00 (Free of charge within the window).

3. Cancellations After Shipment
If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you will need to receive the package and follow our Return & Refund Policy. Please remember that we offer a 30-day return window and do not charge any restocking fees.
4. Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally placed a duplicate order, please reach out to us within the 2-hour window. We will cancel the duplicate shipment and issue a full refund to your original payment method within our standard refund timeframe.
5. How to Request a Change
To ensure your request is seen quickly, please use the subject line "URGENT: Order Cancellation" or "URGENT: Order Modification" followed by your order number (e.g., #DW1234) and send it to support@dappermanwear.shop.
6. Right to Cancel by Dappermanwear
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Product unavailability or stock discrepancies.
- Inaccurate or incomplete shipping information.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or payment processing issues.
In these instances, you will be notified via email and a full refund will be issued immediately.
