Our curation process in Anchorage, Alaska, involves meticulous fabric selection and seam testing. However, we understand that the perfect fit is essential for confidence. If your purchase does not satisfy your requirements for comfort or style, we provide a structured return process that respects both your time and our commitment to quality.
2. Comprehensive Eligibility Guidelines
To qualify for a refund, your apparel must remain in its pristine, original state. This is critical for maintaining hygiene standards and product integrity:
- Original Labeling: All Dappermanwear swing tags, neck labels, and price tags must be firmly attached.
- Hygiene & Scent: Items must be free from any traces of cologne, body odor, tobacco, or laundering scents. We utilize sensitive sensors during inspection to detect any fabric treatment.
- Structural Integrity: The garment must not show signs of stretching, particularly around the collar and cuffs of our Polo shirts.
- Packaging: Returns should ideally include the original moisture-barrier bags to prevent environmental damage during the return journey to Alaska.

4. Formal Return Procedure
Phase A: Submission. Email support@dappermanwear.shop with your Order ID. You will receive a Return Authorization Form within 24 hours.
Phase B: Preparation. Fold the shirt professionally—similar to its arrival state—to protect the collar structure. Place the Authorization Form inside the package.
Phase C: Shipping. Ship the package to our verified Anchorage inspection center. We recommend using a carrier that provides “Signature Upon Delivery” to ensure the security of your high-value items.
5. Refund Auditing & Timing
Upon receipt at 3113 Campbell Airstrip Rd, our quality control team performs a 5-point fabric audit. Once cleared, a notification email will be sent.
Refunds are credited to the original payment source. Please allow 5-7 business days for Dappermanwear to release the funds, and an additional period for your bank (Chase, BofA, Wells Fargo, etc.) to reconcile the transaction.
Note: The original $6.99 delivery fee is an non-refundable service cost.
