To maintain our commitment to prompt delivery, Dappermanwear operates on a high-velocity fulfillment cycle. We provide a strict 6-hour window from the timestamp of purchase for any cancellations or data modifications. Once this window elapses, the order is locked into our Anchorage logistics stream.

1. Operational Logistics in Anchorage
Dappermanwear’s fulfillment hub, located at 3113 Campbell Airstrip Rd, is a high-efficiency facility designed to process premium Polo shirts, Shirts, and T-shirts with minimal delay. When you place an order, our system immediately synchronizes with our inventory at the Anchorage center.

Because we aim for a 1-2 business day processing standard, the moment an order enters the “Picking” phase, the garment is physically retrieved, inspected for quality, and assigned to a courier bin. At this stage, manual intervention becomes impossible as it would require halting the entire automated line, potentially delaying hundreds of other gentlemen’s orders.

2. High-Priority Communication Protocol
To intercept an order before it reaches the dispatch bay, customers must adhere to our formal communication protocol. Email is the only valid method for tracking these requests.

4. Customer Duty of Verification

  • Your Email Address is correct to receive the 6-hour window confirmation.

Dappermanwear cannot be held liable for shipments lost due to incorrect address data if the request to change was submitted after the dispatch threshold.

5. Post-Shipment Procedures
If you missed the 6-hour window and your order has already been dispatched from our 3113 Campbell Airstrip Rd facility, you may still utilize our Standard Return Policy once the item arrives. While we cannot stop the package mid-transit, you are eligible to return the unworn, tagged items for a refund or exchange according to our return guidelines.
