Operating from our central hub at 3113 Campbell Airstrip Rd, Anchorage, we are committed to defending our creative assets while maintaining the highest respect for the intellectual property (IP) rights of others.

By accessing dappermanwear.shop, users and third parties agree to respect the standards described herein. This policy serves as a formal framework for identifying our assets and providing a transparent, fair mechanism for reporting any perceived infringement.

All content hosted on this platform is the exclusive property of Dappermanwear or our licensed partners. Our IP portfolio includes:

• Trademarks & Brand Identity: The “Dappermanwear” name, unique wordmarks, logos, and specific slogans associated with our Polo, Shirt, and T-shirt lines.
• Sartorial Photography: All professional imagery, including “lookbook” lifestyle shots, studio product photography, and dynamic video content showcasing the texture and fit of our fabrics.
• Creative Copywriting: All unique product descriptions, style guides, and fashion-focused editorial content specifically written for the modern gentleman.
• Digital Architecture: Custom-designed graphics, UI/UX elements, and proprietary website code that constitutes the Dappermanwear digital experience.

Dappermanwear operates with a zero-tolerance policy regarding the knowing use of infringing material. We do not distribute content that violates the trademarks, copyrights, or patents of third-party designers or entities. We utilize internal auditing tools to verify that our marketing materials and product layouts do not mirror the protected work of other fashion houses. If you are a rights holder and believe an error has occurred, we welcome your communication through the formal channels outlined below.

To report a claim of infringement, please submit a written notice to our legal compliance officer. For an efficient resolution, your submission must be comprehensive and sent to support@dappermanwear.shop with the subject: “IP Infringement Claim – [Brand/Owner Name]”.

Upon receipt of a complete claim, our Anchorage-based team will confirm receipt within 2–3 business days. If the claim is found valid after a rigorous internal review, we will modify or remove the content within 7–10 business days.

Warning: Under United States law, specifically the DMCA and related IP statutes, submitting a false or malicious IP claim is a serious offense. Claimants who knowingly misrepresent that material is infringing may be held liable for significant damages, including legal fees and operational costs incurred by Dappermanwear.
